Shipping policy
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be canceled. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery by contacting our support team at info@bazaarmats.com with photo or video proof of the issue.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, your order is protected against loss during transit. In the rare event your package is lost, you’ll be given the option to have it reshipped at no additional cost.
Orders placed with Free Shipping or Priority Processing will also be reshipped if the package is confirmed lost in transit.
Lost or Missing Packages
Bazaar Mats is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no additional cost.
Customs
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes once the order has shipped. By placing an order with Bazaar Mats, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
For some free shipping methods, tracking updates may be limited.
If your tracking shows “No information available” after 5 business days from the ship date, please contact our support team for assistance.
