We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Please note: We do not offer refunds — only exchanges.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
You must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue (e.g., incorrect item, damage, quality issue).
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Customers do not need to ship the product back unless specifically requested by our support team.

Damages and Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us immediately with photo or video evidence so our team can review and send a replacement promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
Custom or personalized products
Perishable or personal care items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards or items marked as final sale or discounted
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. You may cancel or return your order for any reason within this window. The item must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Important Note
Once an exchange has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
